1. Acceptance
By accessing the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Adults only
The website and products are intended only for adults aged 18 and over. You confirm that you are legally permitted to view and purchase the products in your location. We may refuse or cancel an order where age, identity, location or legal eligibility cannot be reasonably confirmed.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping login credentials confidential and notifying us of unauthorized account use. We may suspend access to protect customers, the business or the website.
4. Product information
We aim to present accurate descriptions, images, specifications, stock and pricing. Supplier information and product appearance may change. Screen colors, scale and packaging can differ from the physical item. Manufacturer instructions and warnings form part of the product information.
5. Pricing and order acceptance
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are displayed before the order is submitted. Free tracked shipping is included on every order. Your order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order for stock, pricing, payment, fraud, legal or shipping reasons and will refund amounts collected for cancelled items.
6. Payment
You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the amount shown at checkout. Payment-provider terms may also apply. Do not submit payment information you are not authorized to use.
7. Shipping, risk and delays
Shipping estimates, address requirements, tracking and delay procedures are described in the Shipping & Delivery policy. Ownership and risk transfer as provided by applicable law and the carrier arrangement. If a promised shipping time cannot be met, we will provide the options required by applicable law.
8. Returns and refunds
The Returns & Refunds policy applies to purchases. Hygiene restrictions apply to opened intimate products, subject to defective-item rights and applicable law. Refunds are reviewed and processed manually to the original payment method.
9. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with security, scrape or overload services, submit unlawful or abusive content, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access, use the site for fraud, or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.
10. Intellectual property
The website design, text, graphics, logos, photography, software and other content are owned by or licensed to lovejamusa.com and protected by applicable law. Limited personal shopping use is permitted; commercial copying, redistribution or exploitation requires written permission.
11. Reviews and submissions
Reviews must reflect genuine experience and may not contain unlawful, deceptive, abusive, private or infringing content. We may moderate or remove content consistent with law and platform policy. Do not submit material you do not have permission to share.
12. No medical advice
Product descriptions, guides and customer support are informational and are not medical diagnosis or treatment. Follow manufacturer instructions and seek qualified medical advice when needed.
13. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not exclude warranties, remedies or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from misuse, unauthorized access, third-party services or events beyond reasonable control.
14. Changes and severability
We may update these terms prospectively. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver.

Payment failures, incomplete checkouts and order recovery
Your order is not accepted until payment has been successfully authorised or otherwise confirmed by the relevant payment provider and we have confirmed acceptance. If a card or other method is declined, required authentication is not completed, or a third-party provider does not confirm payment, the order may remain pending, fail or be cancelled.
Where available, we may keep the basket or unpaid order available for a limited period and provide a secure way to resume checkout or retry payment, including another available payment method. Products, prices, delivery options, taxes and promotions are rechecked when you return and are not guaranteed until the order is accepted.
Third-party payment methods are subject to the provider’s own eligibility, approval and terms. If payment continues to fail, you may need to contact your issuer or payment provider, or contact our customer-service team. We will never ask you to send full card details by email.
We may cancel an unpaid or incomplete order after a reasonable period. Information about recovery communications and the personal data used for them is set out in our Privacy Policy. Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
