Will the package reveal what I ordered?
The outer package is plain and does not list the product description. Shipping labels may contain sender information needed by the carrier.
How do I track an order?
Use the Track Your Order page or the tracking link sent by email. Tracking may not update immediately after a label is created.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact customer care immediately. Changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once fulfillment has started.
Why is an item shown as out of stock?
Stock is synchronized from supplier availability. Quantities can change quickly and an item may become unavailable before checkout completes.
Can opened intimate products be returned?
Usually not for hygiene reasons, unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or the law requires otherwise. Review the Returns & Refunds page before opening packaging if you are unsure.
How should I clean a product?
Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Material, motor, battery and waterproofing differences mean cleaning methods are not universal.
