We aim to dispatch all priority orders (Overnight & 2 Day Air) the same day, so long as we receive them before 12:00pm EST.
Orders that are placed on a Friday after 12:00pm EST will be sent out the following Monday.
All orders are shipped in a discreet box or bubble pack protect bag.
All orders are sent via an insured service and tracking information will be available.
We offer UPS Shipping services, including economy, standard ground, 2 day air and overnight.
Economy – $8.95 USD
Standard Ground – $12.95 USD
2 Day Air – $27.95 USD
Overnight – $39.95 USD
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or military bases.
You will be asked to enter your contact details at checkout so that our delivery partners can contact you to notify you of a delivery date/time.
Please note: Delivery dates or times are approximate and we cannot accept liability for any delay in the delivery of goods however caused. Our “Overnight” service is NOT a guaranteed next day delivery service, however 99% of the time, deliveries are next working day.
Manufacturer defects must be reported to us within 30 days.
In the unfortunate event that you have a faulty item you need to return, please contact us and we will email you details of how to send the faulty item back to us.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
On safe receipt of the returned item, we will issue you a full refund.
Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item for you.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
If you are returning an item to us for exchange due to a fault, we will not charge you delivery when we send you a replacement item and we will send it via a tracked service.
Delivery charges will apply to any replacement/exchange items where the original item is found to be NOT faulty.
Due to the discreet, sensitive and hygienic nature of the products that we sell, we do not generally accept returns.

Returned / Refused
If your order is returned to us because it never made it to thedestination, the address was incorrect or the package did not fit the receptacle, we will inspect these returns and if they are viable for resale we will issue a credit.
Incorrect Items / Shortages
Wrong item/shortages must be reported within 48 hours from receipt of goods. If a wrong order or item is received, please contact us with your order number and explain the issue. We will do our utmost to resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.
Lost / Stolen
We are not responsible for orders once they have left our warehouse.
If there is a tracking number connected to the order, the order has left our building.
If the order does not make it to its destination or has been damaged in transit, please contact us.
